Yes, our cages can be adjusted for both baseball and softball training.
Once you have filled out our waiver, you will only need sneakers/turfs. If you plan on hitting, please bring a helmet and your own bat.
If you are a member, we will provide you with balls, tees & use of machines. If you are dropping in, you can use our balls and tees at no extra charge. The machine use would be an additional fee. We ask everyone to bring their own equipment, but we do have a small stash of older gear that might work if you happen to forget something.
