Sports performance is a coach lead class focusing on speed and agility and Strength and power, designed to improve athletic performance.

Our coaches in The CrossFit program make people reach their maximum level fitness faster and more safely than any other group program. We deadlift, clean, squat, and press. We do gymnastics with progressions that are accessible to all. We bike, run, jump, and row. CrossFit prepares you for any physical contingency (a fun day at the lake, a hard day of work in the yard or a life threatening situation). Workouts incorporate HIIT, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and more. This class offers the most inclusive variety of moving and fitness. But fear not, we scale the intensity and skill level to keep you safe but still challenged!!
